DAY 1: ATLANTA BOTANICAL GARDEN
Atlanta Botanical Garden’s “Garden Lights, Holiday Nights” is not your garden-variety holiday light show. Close to one million LED lights illuminate the 30-acre garden, and a massive Tunnel of Lights, Orchestral Orbs, Glittering Galaxy, Radiant Rainforest, and Model Trains make the exhibition a must-see holiday tradition.
DAY 2: A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS AT THE ROCK RANCH
Create unforgettable holiday memories at the Rock Ranch’s Country Christmas. Families can hop aboard The Rock Ranch Christmas Express Train ride featuring falling snow, snowflake tunnel and a dancing lights show. Other activities include a wagon ride through more than a mile of lights, Santa’s workshop, visits with Santa, dinner, hot chocolate, and shopping for gifts and Georgia-grown goodies!

DAY 4: STONE MOUNTAIN CHRISTMAS
You are sure to have a very merry Christmas at Stone Mountain Park, where there is magic everywhere you turn. Enjoy over two million lights, festive music, fireworks, snowfall finale and your favorite holiday characters including Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and of course, Santa.
DAY 5: RUDOLPH AT THE CENTER FOR PUPPETRY ARTS
Your favorite holiday classic comes to life on the stage and speaks to the misfit in all of us. Join Rudolph and his friends (including Hermey the Elf, Yukon Cornelius and the Abominable Snow Monster) in this holly-jolly holiday adventure fit for the entire family at the Center for Puppetry Arts. You won’t want to miss it!
DAY 6: SIX FLAGS HOLIDAY IN THE PARK
Ring in the holiday season with more than one million lights, live shows, holiday themed attractions and of course a visit with Santa! Six Flags Holiday in the Park is a festive event that the whole family will enjoy.
DAY 7: ATLANTA BALLET’S NUTCRACKER
Now in its 20th year at the Fox Theatre, the stunning Nutcracker ballet choreographed by Artistic Director John McFall is the hallmark of the Atlanta holiday season. Celebrate the holidays as you follow your favorite characters into a world where anything can happen.
DAY 8: A VICTORIAN HOLIDAY AT OAKLAND CEMETERY
Experience a one-of-a-kind celebration at Oakland Cemetery that is sure to become a beloved holiday tradition! Indulge in the seasonal spirit by enjoying holiday festivities at Oakland’s Bell Tower. Warm up with a cookie and cup of hot cocoa while listening to holiday favorites performed by local musicians. Settle down for a reading of The Night Before Christmas or learn the art of the Victorian-era Dresden star ornament, and of course, don’t forget your photo opp with jolly Saint Nick!
DAY 9: MACY’S PINK PIG
For more than 50 years, Atlantans have started their holiday traditions by riding the Macy’s Pink Pig. This iconic Atlanta tradition is now housed at Lennox Mall where visitors can ride Priscilla, the Pink Pig, on train tracks through a life-sized storybook featuring Priscilla and all her friends.
DAY 10: SANTA EXPRESS ON THE BLUE RIDGE SCENIC RAILWAY
Take a holiday train ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway while listening to ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, singing Christmas carols and visiting with all your favorite friends from the North Pole, including Santa! Each child receives a traditional BRSR memento, BRSR Christmas Activity Book and a candy cane on this fun filled one-hour ride through the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains.
DAY 11: CENTENNIAL OLYMPIC PARK
Centennial Olympic Park, a legacy from the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, is a magical place to be during the holidays. Take a spin on the ice at Atlanta’s first outdoor ice skating rink, experience the holiday light display in the park and enjoy the daily light and water shows at the Fountain of Rings.
DAY 12: MAGICAL NIGHT OF LIGHTS AT LAKE LANIER
Enjoy a slow ride with miles of illuminated characters and millions of twinkling lights through the Magical Nights of Lights at Lake Lanier. Some of the highlights of this holiday adventure include the magnificent snowflake bridge, the dancing holiday house and Santa’s workshop! The fun doesn’t stop there, visit the Holiday Village where you can roast marshmallows over an open bonfire, enjoy pony rides and take advantage of great holiday shopping!
