Big Island Bees
In the famous Kona coffee region you’ll find plenty of farms of all sizes, but one you don’t want to miss is a honey bee farm. Home to more than 3,000 hives, Big Island Bees is the state’s largest organic honey farm. Take a tour with a beekeeper and see how their unique flavors are made. Each of its honey varieties comes from a single source of nectar: blossoms from local ohia lehua, macadamia nut and wilelaiki (Christmas berry).
