Atlanta’s Westside neighborhood is home to many of Atlanta’s breweries, but also some excellent dining choices and activities for you and your travel mates. We’ve listed a few of our favorites below and hope you dive into all the Westside has to offer!


The Optimist – Well-known in Atlanta for its seafood and oyster bar, The Optimist has a beautiful interior that begs you to look at the seafood goodies at the ice bar

JCT Kitchen – If the weather is nice, you absolutely must have a cocktail or canapé at JCT Kitchen’s patio. If the weather is not nice, the food is so scrumptious you will not even care if it is atrocious outside.

West Egg Café – A Westside breakfast and brunch favorite and winner of Thrillist’s 22 Best Breakfast Spots in America

Bone Garden Cantina – this Dia de los Muertos themed Cantina’s décor will delight the senses. Make a reservation so you can get there when you want and enjoy some margaritas and queso.



The industrial Westside is home to quite a few Atlanta breweries including Scofflaw Brewery, Monday Night Brewery, Second Self Brewery, Atlanta Brewing Company, Steady Hand Beer Company, and Urban Tree Cidery.


Fun Things to Do

TopGolf – for non-golf fans, TopGolf may have you converted to the allure of the upscale driving range. Save room for TopGolf’s delicious eats and boozy drinks.

Terminal West – check out the concert schedule in this unique Westside venue for a fun night out.

Ormsby’s – a Westside classic bar that has plenty of games for you and your party including pool, bocce and shuffleboard.

King Plow Arts Center + Goat Farm Arts Center – both centers for performing and visual arts. Look up the schedules online for the full range of artistic events.

Atlantic Station – this Westside complex is home to a movie theatre, shopping, and plenty of dining options. Cirque du Soleil makes Atlantic Station is home when it tours as well.
