As we wind down from summer with New Braunfels there is a calm & quiet small town feeling that reemerges from the summer boom. Although the small town feeling never left, the calm and quiet takes a back seat during the summer to the excited tourists who come to visit this little piece of local paradise. A quote from Judy Young the Vice President of the New Braunfels Convention & Visitors Bureau, “Visiting New Braunfels is very personal to all of our attractions. They are family owned and operated and we take pride in working to fulfill the promise of a relaxing vacation.” As you can tell, the businesses here are local, proud, and happy to welcome tourists every year!

Every summer in New Braunfels Texas a wave of tourists come and enjoy the rivers with family and friends. The beautiful hotels are filled with new guests anxious to experience and re-experience the local festivities. Welcoming adults and children of all ages the rivers are floated, venues are filled, and waterparks are enjoyed! With New Braunfels “Keep New Braunfels Clean” initiative the rivers were not only enjoyed this year but kept clean while advising and helping river goers with information. “Street Teams Education” was an 11 week initiative with “Keep New Braunfels Clean” that helped over 100,000+ visitors and distributed close to 14,000 approved non-disposable containers! Next year this initiative will have a much stronger impact with some new possibilities already in the pipeline.
