Minnesota Zoo’s Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular
The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is a trail that features over 5,000 carved pumpkins of all shapes and sizes! The pumpkins are from the ground to the tops of the trees. This is an event the entire family can enjoy! Head to the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagan and stay minutes away!

Nickelodeon Boo-niverse
Come to Mall of America and see how parts of Nickelodeon Universe are transformed into Nickelodeon Boo-Niverse! The log chute turns into a haunted fog chute. You can also head down the treat trail, boogie the night away, and much more! Stay at the Hilton Airport/Mall of America—they offer free shuttle service right to the mall.

Sever’s Fall Festival
There is so much to do at Sever’s Fall Festival—slide down the famous giant slide, visit the petting zoo, or jump in the corn pit.  If you like the thrill of getting lost, you must do the corn maze. This year Sever’s is honoring the 30th season of the NBA team—Minnesota Timberwolves—perfect for basketball fans.

The Wayzata Boo Blast
Head to downtown Wayzata with your kids in costume for some trick-or-treating. The local businesses will welcome kids to come in for a treat or a fun activity. There is also a 5K, 10k, and family run in the morning.

Zombie Pub Crawl
A festive Halloween event for adults in downtown Minneapolis is the Zombie Pub Crawl. This Zombie filled event crowds the city streets. Beware of dead people walking everywhere—get your tickets for October 12th!

Twin Cities Horror Festival

Fright Farm Haunted House
If you want to be completely frightened then head to the  Fright Farm House, just outside of St. Paul! The haunted house is huge, professional, theatrical, and extremely haunted. As scary as this attraction is, it is a non-profit for the Ramsey County Sheriffs Foundation. Since you will be near St. Paul stay the DoubleTree by Hilton and explore the rest of the historic city.

Scream Town
This place is so scary you will need to sign a waiver—and not recommended for ages under 10. Scream Town is located about 25 minutes west of Minneapolis in Chaska. They offer seven terrifying attractions from the Zombie Apocalypse to Circus Asylum. Get ready to shake in your boots!
