In college, I was on a limited budget. When my parents would come to visit, we’d hit the mall for some quality bonding over retail therapy. Boca Raton definitely doesn’t disappoint when it comes to shopping.

You can find just about anything and everything you need (or want) at the most luxurious Boca Raton mall, Town Center at Boca Raton – one of South Florida’s top luxury shopping destinations. Refuel at one of the many restaurants inside or adjacent to the mall.

Mizner Park, located on Federal Highway, is another fun shopping spot.  This open-air center offers a combination of stores and dining, as well as the Boca Raton Museum of Art and Mizner Park Amphitheater.  Check the online calendar for upcoming concerts!

If you’re up for catching a movie, Boca has two great theaters that offer more than just the big screen and popcorn.  Cinemark Palace 20 offers fast food as well as a full dining experience at their Movie Bistro on the second level.

The IPIC Movie Theater, located in Mizner Park, is the epitome of luxury movie going.  Opt for the luxurious reclining leather seats with a cozy blanket, pillow, and bottomless popcorn in a premium-plus or pod seat for your next movie experience.  Enjoy dine-in-the-dark dining service to amplify your experience to the next level.

As you know, FAU has grown to become a school to be reckoned with when it comes to competitive sports.  Be sure to check the FAU sports schedule for any FAU sporting events while you are in town!
