Kapiolani Park
At the east end of Kalakaua Avenue is Kapiolani Park, a quiet respite from the bustling Waikiki. Home to the Honolulu Zoo and many recreational facilities, you may not think of it as a place for live music. This 300-acre park is also home to Waikiki Shell, a primary venue for outdoor concerts and large gatherings. The Kapiolani Park Bandstand serves as an entertainment venue, where the Royal Hawaiian Band plays every Sunday afternoon.

Waikiki Aquarium
Ke Kani O Ke Kai, the Waikiki Aquarium’s annual summer concert series is a popular event for all ages. Visitors and locals alike enjoy live entertainment and food under the stars. Guests can also explore the exhibits that remain open throughout the evening, making it a unique way to experience the aquarium and Waikiki.

Waikiki Beach Walk
Amongst world-class shopping, you can experience the finest Hawaiian music at Waikiki Beach Walk Plaza Stage. Mele Halia, a Hawaiian musical series, features some of Hawaii’s most beloved entertainers including the Makaha Sons and Kapena. This casual, open-air concert is free and happens once a month on Sunday.
