Life on the Marina

Northeast of Duval Street, and set against the Key West Channel, find the Historic Seaport. Since the mid-19th century, the seaport has been the center of economic and marine activity in Key West.

Before it became a cultural gathering place and boat marina, it was a commercial hub for delivering fresh fish, sponge and shrimp to Florida. Today, visitors enjoy everything from boat charters and local art galleries to restaurants with live entertainment.

There are more than 50 local businesses located in the Key West Historic Seaport along with a 150-slip marina, offering a variety of boating excursions to choose from.
