An Urban Oasis

Named for the much-loved park at its center, Rittenhouse is a go-to destination for high-end shopping and dining. During warmer months, outdoor cafés imbue the neighborhood with a distinctly European vibe. Of course, Rittenhouse Square Park hosts dozens of events throughout the year, including a showstopping annual Christmas tree lighting.

But there’s more than one park in this neighborhood—John F. Kennedy Plaza is also known as Love Park, so named for the iconic LOVE statue that was installed during the bicentennial. The neighborhood is home to plenty of high-rise residences and luxury apartments. Locals know there’s a certain cachet to an address in the Rittenhouse neighborhood.
