This month, Braves fans across the metro Atlanta area will have plenty of opportunities to take advantage of the last weeks of summer. SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta are bringing you weekends full of baseball, theme nights, fitness activities and live entertainment.

On Friday, September 14, the Braves will begin a 10-day homestand featuring three key matchups – Washington Nationals (Sept. 14-16), St. Louis Cardinals (Sept. 17-19), and NL East rivals Philadelphia Phillies (Sept. 20-23).

On Friday, the Braves will celebrate Future Stars Weekend to recognize the rising stars of Atlanta baseball. During the weekend, fans will be able to meet, take photos and get autographs from the Braves’ MiLB players of the year. On Saturday, the first 20,000 fans in attendance will receive a special bobblehead designed by pitcher Mike Foltynewicz.

The following day, fans will see SunTrust Park unlike ever before! For the second year, the Braves are kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month with Los Bravos Day! Los Bravos Day will feature pregame activities in The Battery Atlanta, a live band and appearances by Braves alumni Andruw Jones, Pedro Borbón and Dennis Martínez. Also, Braves players will wear Los Bravos jerseys as they take on the Washington Nationals at 1:35 p.m. Fans can receive an exclusive Los Bravos flag with the purchase of the Los Bravos specialty ticket package, which is available for purchase at www.braves.com/losbravos.

Also on Sunday, Bark in the Park has returned for the second time this season. Fans can bring their furry companion to SunTrust Park to cheer on the Braves from the Xfinity Rooftop. Dogs will receive a Braves/WAG-A-LOT co-branded water bowl! Tickets for this event are very limited and must be purchased in advance online at www.braves.com/bark.

On Saturday, September 22, the Atlanta Braves, WellStar, Kroger and American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer will host the 12th annual “Pink out the Park” in celebration of survivorship. This year’s “Pink on the Park” will honor those who have courageously battled breast cancer while raising awareness to support research, education and advocacy. The Braves will close out the season on Sunday, September 23 with Fan Appreciation Day, where fans will be able to enjoy surprise giveaways and activities for their support during this great season of Braves baseball. Following the season, The Battery Atlanta’s Wellness Series continues with boot camp and yoga led by instructors from Torch Fitness. Starting September 11, Boot Camp will meet every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. From now through October 23, yoga will meet Tuesdays during non-gamedays at 6:30 p.m. on the plaza green. The Cycling Club, led by instructors from Atlanta Cycling, will meet Thursday, September 6 and 13 at 6:30 p.m. by the bike shelter located at the top of Hank Aaron Way.
